All the way through the process of buying and delivering the car, Mark kept me upto date. We rang numerous time with questions about how everything worked and it was never too much. Mark was polite all the way through. The delivery driver also explained everything, gave us as much time as we wanted to look over the car and was insistent we were 100% happy with the car before buying it. The car came in excellent condition and I haven't had a problem with it so far.
