Very disappointing experienceI arranged a viewing and test drive for a Skoda Fabia a week in advance. At first they confirmed it was fine, but when I called again to reconfirm, they suddenly said they had to finish work early.I accepted that and rearranged for the following week. I messaged them — no reply for days. I sent another message, then they finally said it was available.On the morning of the appointment, I called again to confirm. They told me to call back at 2pm. When I did, they simply said: “Sorry, sold.”I had already taken time off work and arranged for a friend to come with me.This is not acceptable service. No communication, no professionalism, and no respect for customers’ time.

Probably the best experience I’ve had looking for a used car. No hard sell. I was given time to look around and take a test drive and their mechanic was on hand to answer any questions about the vehicles of which there was a good range of makes and prices. Really pleasant experience buying a car from CheckedCars, no pushy sales tactics and let me look at cars in my own time which was much appreciated. The purchase was important to me as I’m going to be a dad so needed something reliable, safe and practical. Mark went out of his way to make sure I was able to buy car despite the internet being turned off in the area. Made what could have been a stressful day easy.
