I located a mercedes with Mark and Adam. On arrival Mark greeted us warmly and allowed us to look round the vehicle at our own pace without any pressure. The vehicle was well presented for the price point and I bought the vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle developed a fault once purchased (not a fault of the dealership). I presented this problem to Mark who was aaccomodating with the issue and happy to discuss. Following our discussion it was decided that the vehicle would be returned. Having dealt with many dealers over the years who are dealing with many other outside pressures especially in this current climate, I found Mark to be helpful and a full refund was issued. I provide the 5 star rating based on my dealings with other dealers and comparing the approach of Mark to other dealers. Let's be honest, car dealers need to earn a living. In my case this was an unforseen circumstance. It was dealt with pragmatically and was a very customer focused approach. I would not let this experience put me off of dealing with Checked Card Limited in the future. I wish both Mark and Adam every success in the future and thank them for their understanding and customer focused approach
