What is this about, nobody would ever patronise a potential customer. So to get this correct, you haven’t bought a car, you’re saying you enquired about one and you felt the need to go online to trash us. I doubt this very much. You have probably asked for a price reduction and told no. Mark

Having checked Autotrader for weeks for the right car, one pops up in "Checkedcars" in Birmingham. Before i called Mark i checked their reviews, as that in my opinion is one of the dealbreakers for me. Bad reviews would mean i'd keep looking for another car. Mark was polite and friendly when we met after a 5hr journey from Scotland. All the cars were immaculate and my Volvo was no exception. We took it for a test drive and it drove like a new car. It had a engine warning message pop up (Mark had mentioned a new part was fitted). He said he would have it looked at and to his word he did. 1 week later i was back down to pick the car up. Another quick test drive to check for niggles and it was time to pay for the car. I received a 1 year warranty and Mark kindly helped us tax the car too. To be honest after talking to many car salesmen in my life and finding them overpowering and sickly sweet, heavily pushing their product, Mark felt like a breath of fresh air. He was genuinely helpful and accommodating. But he let the quality of his cars do the talking. When i next need a car i will call him and see what he has... before i start looking on Autotrader again. Thanks Mark.

Mark was one the most helpful people I have met while looking for my first care, he was so incredibly helpful and walked me through the whole process so I understood what was happening and why. Always had my best interests at heart and highly recomend to anyone looking for a high quality used car, already planning on getting my friends up to have a look at some cars themselves as he has my full trust he will look after them. We bought a car from this man with a 3 month warranty, after 2 months the cars clutch pedal is sticking, he told us to take it to a garage he deals with who said there was nothing wrong, so we took it to another garage and they said the clutch is definitely on the way out and will break completely at any time soon. He did not want to know because it wasn’t his garage. He is refusing to honour the warranty and pay for the car to be repaired using every excuse he can think of including bringing the car we exchanged saying it’s not roadworthy even though it has just passed an mot and has new tyres and he is advertising it for double what he gave us saying it’s excellent. So just beware if you buy off him, his cars look lovely but his warranties mean nothing.

Where do these people come from, they want us to replace a clutch that isn’t broke. The excuse being that it might go in the future after the warranty period. They have taken the car to a garage, the mechanic took the car on a test drive, put it on a ramp at our expense. We have a report to say there is nothing wrong with it. Of course we don’t replace parts that aren’t broken. These platforms are a wonderful tool for all of our customers to put their views and we are rated as exceptional for customer service and care, that doesn’t happen by chance. It is a result of really hard work, we recently won an award for that detail. It really saddens me that it then becomes a platform for this type of person who demands attention, and their only aim is to cause us as much damage as they possibly can. What they don’t mention is the abuse and shocking language used to demand that we do exactly what they want. The warranties we give to all our customers are exceptional and do cover all repairs, premium cover and breakdown. Mark

I had a great feeling after the first phone call, when I enquired about one of their cars. Mark was great. Always at the other of the phone to answer my queries. The car was really cared for before I picked it up having all the advisories done on the MOT at his expense. Very relaxed feel when I picked it up and it was a great experience overall. There's so many poor car tradesman out there and I was extremely nervous shelling out a lot of money but Mark didn't make me feel like that at all. Thanks again Mark, top guy 😎🤟🏻☺️

What can I say, my experience with Mark & Adam and checked cars ltd is one that I’ve never had before when purchasing a car from beginning to end and with no doubt nor hesitation I would genuinely rate them higher than 5 stars ⭐️ if it was higher and recommend them to anyone that is showing an interest in using this company. Mark was a true gentleman and made us feel at ease, quick to answer any questions or concerns and completed the sale within 2 days from starting the process. Should I choose to part ex again I would not hesitate to use them both again. Please be in no doubt they are truly experienced in car sales and know about all cars, and with their honesty and experience go along and see for yourself. Many thanks again both.

What a refreshing change!! Have just brought a lovely Audi A6 and can only recommend Mark/Checkedcars when looking for your next used car. Very welcoming with all cars under cover and no hassle at all when looking at the car. Such a change from the "modern" used car sales dealers you seem to encounter nowadays. Confident there will be no issues with the car but even more confident if there is that sorting it out will not be a problem. Thoroughly recommend.

Mark is a superb businessman and serial entrepreneur who knows that customer service is the bedrock of any successful business. I went to look at, test drive and then purchased a Mini Hatch from them. The car is beautiful to drive. The price was very competitive and the delivery to my place in Birmingham was thrown in as well. All round top quality service and would definitely buy my next car from them. The service you receive is top notch.
