I purchased a Audi TT on the 8th July 2024 . I was very excited and happy at the time I was told by Mark owner of the garage the car was was in exceptional condition FSH well looked after I paid top wack for it as I thought this car was 10 out 10 . I was advised to take out a Momentum Warrenty for 12 months as anything goes wrong with the car gets replaced Mark said very good company plus breakdown cover 12 months this cover is expensive. On the 9th of July 2024 I got the day after the sale I noticed the ABS fault light came on then went off all the time so I thought electrical fault so I finally got it checked out by a specialist who told me speed sensor needs replacing on the rear left if gave me with the fault reader diagnostic report . I said OK I be intouch I reported this to Momentum Warranties on the 2nd August 2024 and like everything it's done online basically Momentum will be intouch very soon with a decision we'll it did come on the 5th August 2024 go to garage give them our details and then we give approval. If only things were that simple I went to garage then I went to a few then I went to Momentum Warrenties recommended garages everyone said will don't deal with them we never get paid and the hassle to get money off them is a long drawn out experience. Only one garage said yes but we only work on Jaguars .I have tried phoning Momentum Warranties many times even once just left phone ringing 90 minuites no answer . I feel I have been conned into buying a expensive car warranty from CHECKEDCARS LIMITED . Sold a lemon of a car and a worthless car warranty. I have contacted a real garage now I will pay for it myself . I also have a problem with the Air Conditioning now and fan and the stereo speakers are blown on left side . Paint on the wheels has fallen off obviously everything was just touched up for sale purposes think when you buy a car at top wack you expect it to be working properly .I'm very disappointed in CHECKCARS LIMITED and I will not recommend them not even to my enemies 😕

When anybody has a fault with their car the standard procedure is to contact the selling company. When you consider he lives less than 13 miles away from our dealership you would think any normal person would inform us that he had a sensor fault. This half hour job would cost less than £60.00 Instead he tried to overcharge the warranty company for monetary gain and was told by them to contact us at Checkedcars. We have a a garage 3 miles from our premises to do any mechanical work, he then goes on to say he repaired it himself indicating he has some mechanical knowledge. When you buy a car 13 years old with over 100,000 miles you just might think something in the future might just fail. It’s laughable that the only fault he reports on this site is a sensor and some paint that chipped off a wheel. This vile attack on our outstanding reputation is not exceptable under any circumstances, they write these derogatory remarks because of their own failures and hope to inflict damage on a company rated at 4.9.
