Bought a mini countryman as it was in lovely condition and good priced. After a couple of days of having it we found a couple of issues but Mark and his mechanic repaired them without any issues and were very helpful in the process. Would highly recommend this car garage.

Called Mark and was told a vehicle was still available before traveling 50 miles. When I arrived Mark greeted me and let me look around on my own will which I thought well of. I spent about an hour looking at a vehicle - the body work and service history as I was interested in the car. It was advertised as 'Excellent condition' however there were many considerable blemishes marks or dings all over. The vehicle was also advertised as 1 owner but this was false. When I went to speak to Mark about purchasing the vehicle, he told me it had sold in the morning. He then commented on why a young lad wanted that car, he also said that because I was under 25 I would not be able to test drive anyway. I knew something was off so I enquired the next day if it was still available and Mark said it was still for sale. I believe Mark had judged me on my appearance and possible knowledge considering I inspected the car which I had intent on purchasing.

What a load of rubbish, it seems the only bad reviews we get are from persons who don't buy cars. You are under the the age of 25, Insurance companies consider you high risk and you are 5 times more likely to have an accident, given this we always allow any person of any age to test drive our cars You then go on to say that the vehicle had dinks all over the car, i lied to you and yet you still want to purchase. We applaud young people in a position to buy any car, and again you say i questioned as to why a young person would want to buy a car. Are you for real. We don't sell cars with dinks all over and scratches. You are not a potential customer at all. You have used this site to vent lies, you hide your identity and not expect us to give the correct version. Mark

Mark was a very pleasant person to deal with and made the buying process quick and easy. Excellent communication from Mark. Had a slight issue with the vehicle not having the log book when we came to pick the car up which caused a slight problem our end getting it taxed and I've spent a little money getting a professional service, but all sorted now . Mark was so kind, informative and down to earth. He made me feel so at ease when choosing the right car, he didn’t push/force us to buy the vehicle. He gave us plenty of time to think, and one of the reasons why we did in fact buy this car was because of his gentleness and relaxation. On the day of purchase Mark was so lovely in telling me that I can bring the car back anytime if I had any problems - which not many garages offer. I hugely recommend this company and Mark - thanks so much! We love the Fiat.
