I was very apprehensive at the prospect of buying another second hand car which can be a bit of a lottery, also I needed my car delivered because health issues limit the distance I can drive. I need not have worried , I made a good choice with Checkedcars and Mark the owner and found a suitable car which was delivered promptly at a reasonable cost. The showroom was a little unusual but that should not put anyone off and it is preferable to paying more for a car from a carpeted showroom in the middle of town. It also made things easier for me being able to test drive a car on country roads rather than in a strange town. Thank you Mark and Checkedcars.

I found Checked Cars via the AA website. The car was photographed well with the information and features etc listed below each car. I called first to ask for some info before travelling as it's over an hours drive. Mark was very helpful on the phone and kindly made some suggestions which allowed me more time to view and test drive the car. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude. Any questions we had were answered efficiently and there was no issue with testing multiple cars, even with my 1 yo. Both Mark and his partner were attentive and made sure my child was safe while we were there. The signing and payment process was stress free and explained well. I was given receipts by hand as well as being emailed all needed information before leaving the office. The car is in brilliant condition and priced fairly. This particular car had damage to the back registration plate but this was dealt with, with no fuss and the new plate was ready prior to us coming to collect the car. Additionally, we received a 12 month warranty at no extra charge. which allows us to go to any Halfords, get parts and have the car fixed for free. Overall, myself and my family were very happy with the experience as a whole and would recommend Checked Cars dealership. Thank you again!
